Saravanan has more than 16 years of experience in the IT, Recruitment and training industry. His expertise spans across Software Development, Project Management, and Skill Development. Saravanan has managed many software development projects for national and international market and has some of the well known software products to his credit. An accomplished technocrat turned entrepreneur, Saravanan spearheads entire operations of T2S Learning. Saravanan is a post graduate in computer applications.
Nithya Rangarajan, MBA from Bajaj, has 3 decades of rich experience in Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Assets Development. She has been associated with Akai, Singapore Airlines and Visionaire where she has held P&L responsibilities. She has successfully set up operations in various parts of the globe. She is currently pursuing her PhD from National University of Singapore. Her interest lies in rehabilitating the mentally ill and integrating them back to society.
After working in the corporate world for over 30 plus years and being an Entrepreneur for 12 plus years, Mohan SR decided to shift his career to Education. He is currently the Chief Mentor of T2S Learning head quartered at Bangalore.
Mohan started his career in early 80s in the IT Industry with HCL where he served for about 15 years where he handled different function in Sales and Marketing. He moved to Banglaroe in 99 and joint Citrix Systems Inc and set up Citrix India Business.
Mr Mohan’s “passion for building organizations from scratch” and serving people prompted him to launch MAARS India an Executive Search firm in 2004.
Mohan is highly passionate about helping the youngster in their career building process. He was also associated with IFIM Business School as “ Director” where he initiated and set up “ Student Counselling and Mentoring” process. He is planning to set up Mentoring Process for the Educational Institute associated with T2L Learning. He is also managing all the Corporate Relationship and driving the Executive Programs designed for Corporate.
Mohan has also invested in CounterCulture Hospitality a Live Music venture.
He enjoys reading up on Management and Technology and Spiritual -related subjects. He also enjoys his fitness and does regular Yoga, plays Badminton and participates in Marathon running and cycling.

Niveditha comes with 14 years of clinical experience in working with adults with severe mental illnesses, and teaching post-graduates in the area of Psychosocial Rehabilitation at the Richmond Fellowship Society (India), Bangalore. Her areas of interest include medical sociology, vocational rehabilitation, psychosocial rehabilitation, community-based rehabilitation, disaster management, therapeutic community approach , and counselling skills training. She has co-authored three publications in rehabilitation. She is a trained Psychiatric Social Worker, with a Master's degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and an M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS, Bangalore.
Jyothsna is a trained Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore. She has been a private practitioner since 8 years, Her training expertise includes mindfulness-based stress reduction, time management, parenting skills, and counselling skills training, to name a few. She was working with adults with severe mental illnesses undergoing rehabilitation, and was a part-time faculty training Master's students during her involvement with the Richmond Fellowship Society (India), a mental health / rehabilitation NGO in Bangalore, where she also helped to develop a computerised cognitive retraining programme for this clientele. She is in the final stages of completing her Ph.D. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

From the summer of 2012, Kalyan has pursued his interests in education in Centurion University as Pro Vice Chancellor. Kalyan is interested in student-centric methods of teaching, and introducing more of learning by doing. Kalyan was also responsible for faculty development, job readiness of students, mentoring, and played a role in evolving the examination system. Centurion was his platform to experiment with different methods of inspiring, teaching, and achieving learning outcomes.
Kalyan’s technical expertise was in UNIX kernel, and that has been his passion in the first ten years of his career at Wipro’s R&D. Kalyan has been part of the dream team that designed Landmark, India’s best-selling systems in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. As part of Wipro and Mindtree, Kalyan has been deeply involved in campus recruitment for two decades. Kalyan loves philosophy, making sense of out of diverse signals, systems thinking and believes in inclusion, value of diversity, and that everyone has potential and purpose. Since 2006, he has worked in Azim Premji Foundation in varying capacities, in the Policy Planning Unit, Department of Public Instruction, Government of Karnataka; Head of Education Systems, Leadership and Governance in Azim Premji Foundation; and Professor, School of Education, Azim Premji University.
Amongst many other areas, his work has been in the area of educational change in public school education systems. From 2006 to 2011, in Azim Premji Foundation, he was responsible for creating and implementing programs and strategies for World Bank and UNICEF funded projects for the large scale development of leadership and management capabilities of education functionaries in the Karnataka school education system; and for systemic capacity development of the district elementary education system in Mandya, Karnataka covering 7 types of institutions that need to work together. Since 2011, he has been designing and conducting courses on educational change, analysis of school systems, and program design and evaluation in education, for the Mastersprogram as well as programs for NGOs and government functionaries.

Prior to this he was working as an “Individual Specialist” with UNESCO Institute of Lifelong Learning, Hamburg, Germany, were he was responsible for preparing a report /policy for ‘Achieving Literacy for all’.
As a Senior Consultant with the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, he pioneered and helped in aiding international partnerships with Central and State Governments to further promote and strengthen skill development for Adult Education, especially for women.
